Non-Resident (With Canadian Citizenship)

For NHA lending purposes: A Non-resident Canadian is any Canadian citizen or dual citizen of Canada, who derive their personal income from non-Canadian sources. As such, a non-resident may actually be residing in, or outside of Canada.
